Yes. A minimum 4-hour buffer is required between rentals to allow time for vehicle inspection, cleaning, and preparation.

Yes! We offer the following discounts on extended rentals:

5% off rentals of 3 days or more

10% off rentals of 7 days or more

15% off rentals of 15 days or more

20% off rentals of 30 days or more

We also offer a special promotion: Rent for 6 days and receive the 7th day free.

Yes. A $250 refundable security deposit is required for all standard rentals.

Drivers under the age of 25 who are approved to rent must provide an additional $150 security deposit.

A 7.5% sales tax is applied to all rentals. Eligible discounts or promotional offers are applied during checkout according to their terms and conditions.

Each rental includes 250 miles per day.

Additional Fees

Young Driver Deposit (Ages 21–24): Additional $150 (approval required)

Prepaid Fuel Option: $55

Refueling Fee: $15 plus the cost of fuel

Vehicle Retrieval Fee: $100 if the vehicle is not returned as agreed

No additional equipment or optional services are currently offered.

Additional approved drivers may be added at no additional charge, provided they submit valid proof of insurance and meet all rental qualifications.

🚭 Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and e-cigarettes.

Evidence of smoking, odors, ash, residue, or attempts to mask smoke with fragrances will result in a non-negotiable $200 cleaning fee.

Renters are responsible for all toll charges incurred during the rental period.

Vehicles are equipped with Peach Pass and/or EZ Pass devices. If you expect to use toll roads, please notify 1 Alpha Charlie in advance.

Please note that toll charges may take 30–60 days to be received. Once your toll invoice is issued, please review and submit payment promptly.

Vehicles are expected to be returned in reasonably clean condition. No cleaning fee is charged for normal use.

Additional cleaning fees may apply as follows:

Heavy Cleaning: $100 (moderate stains, excessive dirt, odors, or bug debris)

Severe Cleaning: $150 (steam cleaning or full detailing required)

Pet Hair Removal: $150

Multiple Cleaning Issues: $250

Cleaning fees are assessed based on the condition of the vehicle upon return.

While we love animals, pets are not permitted in our rental vehicles.

Evidence of unauthorized pet transport, including pet hair or odors, may result in applicable cleaning fees.
